Start your journey with Bartee Accounting Services & Integrated Corporate Solutions. Follow the steps below to complete your onboarding and prepare for your diagnostic assessment.

Step 1: Book Your 30-Minute Consultation 

This 30-minute call allows us to hear your concerns, understand your goals, and determine how our services can support you.

This process is designed to determine if our services are the right fit for your business needs. You are under no obligation to proceed beyond the consultation call.

Step 2: Review the Diagnostic Engagement Agreement (DEA)

Please select the agreement that aligns with your service need. You’ll receive a signing link after your consultation.

Operational Development DEA

Bookkeeping Cleanup DEA

Combined Services DEA

Once you have reviewed the agreement, and have no questions, please check the acknowledgement statement below:

You will receive a secured link to the provided email address to sign the diagnostic engagement agreement.

Step 3: Pay Your Diagnostic Fee

Before we begin your assessment, a one-time Diagnostic Fee is required to initiate service. This fee allows us to thoroughly review your current financial or operational systems and provide tailored recommendations. 

This fee is more than conducting a diagnostic assessment. We provide you a detailed proposal of the pain points, the solutions, and the cost of services to be performed.  Note that if you agreed to the terms of the proposal, the diagnostic fee you paid will be applied to the cost of service.

Standard Bookkeeping & Cleanup  - $650.00

CFO-Led Bookkeeping & Accounting - $950.00

Operational Development - $1,100.00

Bookkeeping Cleanup - $650.00

Combined Services - $1,500.00

Once payment is received, you can proceed to complete the intake form.

Step 4: Complete the Intake Form

Once the engagement agreement has been signed, please proceed to complete the Business Intake Form to help us better understand your current financial systems, needs, and goals. This information allows us to conduct an accurate diagnostic assessment and prepare your customized plan.
