2. Diagnostic Assessment Fees

Diagnostic assessment fees are non-refundable once payment is submitted and the assessment process has begun. The Cleanup & Restoration Diagnostic Assessment is a separate professional service that includes review, evaluation, issue identification, and a recommended cleanup or restoration scope. The diagnostic fee does not include cleanup work and is not applied toward future cleanup or restoration services.

If the diagnostic assessment has not yet begun, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cleanup & Restoration Payments

​

Cleanup and restoration service payments are governed by the applicable service agreement. Once work begins, payments are generally non-refundable for work already performed, time reserved, review completed, or professional services rendered.

Any cancellation, refund, or remaining balance will be handled according to the signed service agreement.

Refunds may only be considered in limited cases, such as duplicate payments, accidental double purchases, or payment processing errors.
